The atmospheric PKN Church of Terwolde will be the setting on Saturday, December 6, for a special Christmas concert by singer/pianist Roon Staal. As part of his nationwide Christmas tour, the 45-year-old artist brings a warm and touching program in which the Christmas spirit comes fully to life.

With his clear tenor voice and sensitive piano playing, Roon Staal knows like no other how to convey the essence of Christmas. His repertoire consists of both English and Dutch Christmas classics such as O Holy Night, A Child is Born and Midden in de Winternacht. Later he shone as the lead in the rock opera Tommy and as Titus van Rijn in the musical Rembrandt. Meanwhile, he has completely devoted his heart to giving solo concerts in churches and small theaters, where the music comes fully into its own.
