STAVERDEN - The rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen will organize a special walk on the Staverden estate on Saturday, October 11, 2025 during the Week of Accessibility. The theme this year is accessible education and therefore we will go out together to learn from and in nature. This walk of about 3 kilometers is intended especially for people with disabilities who can participate under their own supervision. Along the way the forest rangers will tell you about the forest, the animals and plants, and there is plenty of room to ask questions and especially to enjoy. Please note that this walk is especially for disabled people and their companions. Advance online reservations are required.
Time: start at 10 a.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Participation: 6.00 euro p.p., children 4-12 years 3.00 euro p.p., contributors 3.00 euro p.p., children 4-12 years of contributors 1.50 euro p.p. on presentation of a valid GLK contributor card. One accompanying person per participant, free of charge.
Tip from the forester: Bring a pair of sturdy shoes.
