During Lazy Sundays, the theater is open from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., through the entrance at the corner of Burgemeester Bootlaan and Van Heeckerenlaan. You don't need/can't reserve tickets, you pay an entrance fee of €3.50 at the box office.
There will be live music from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. by the band Blueberry Blossom plays songs from roots country music, acoustic, happy and sad, love songs and murder songs. Bluegrass is the genre the Edes-Lunterse formation Blueberry Blossom has its heart set on. It is a distinct branch of country music played with only acoustic instruments. The 7-piece band plays mostly Bluegrass, up tempo acoustic American folk music and Americana.
Things are extra special during this Heath Week Lazy Sunday because of a genuine Purple Take Over. A team of former Heather Heights will be on hand to make this afternoon even more enjoyable!
NOTE: you will be seated on the lawn, there are no chairs available (you may bring your own). You may bring your own food and drinks, but we also have a kiosk where all kinds of things are for sale at affordable prices.
We own as many as 60 umbrellas and there are beach chairs for rent. However, it is recommended that you bring your own umbrella if you want to be sure of some shade!
