In the first weekend of Heideweek, on Saturday August 23 and Sunday August 24, the 3rd edition of the successful Edese Atelierroute takes place. Edese artists proudly open their studios to the public, show their work and introduce you to the creative process. This is the chance to take a look into the world of painters, graphic artists, sculptors, ceramists, photographers, textile artists and other creative makers.
As a visitor, you can engage in conversation with the artists. They are happy to talk about their sources of inspiration and techniques and the unique stories behind their art. It is also the chance to buy a work of art directly from the artist. That makes buying art a personal experience. You can visit dozens of studios in Ede, admire the artists' work and talk to them about the creative process and the artists' inspiration. Both days the studios are accessible from 11:00 to 17:00. Admission to the studios is free.
The participating studios and exhibition spaces can be recognized by the purple sign with the logo of the Edese Atelierroute.
