OOSTERBEEK - The rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen will organize a summer Sunday morning walk on Sunday, June 29, 2025 on the estates of Lichtenbeek and Boschveld. Both beautiful and contiguous estates have a varied landscape, situated on the gently sloping southern edge of the Arnhem lateral moraine. While walking we see undulating farmlands and meadows with cattle, lanes and woods with here and there some farms and old houses. Traces of the estate's distant and near past can be recognized in the landscape. During the walk the forester will pay attention to the rich culture and nature on the estate. There is also plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings in the relative quiet of Sunday morning. Advance online reservations are required.
Time: start at 10 a.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Participation: 6.00 euro p.p., children 4-12 years 3.00 euro p.p., contributors 3.00 euro p.p., children 4-12 years of contributors 1.50 euro p.p. on presentation of a valid GLK contributor card.
