ARNHEM - The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a bird walk on the Vijverberg on Sunday, May 18, 2025. De Vijverberg is a beautiful area with springs, streams and ponds in a hilly landscape that buzzes with life in the spring. Birds love to be seen and heard here. If you join us on an excursion, you will be in the spring mood. Woodpeckers, blackbirds and thrushes, nuthatches and tree creepers, tits and perhaps buzzards or other birds of prey; they give an outdoor concert and you are invited. While listening, the forester gives tips so you can better remember which sound belongs to which bird. Advance reservation online is required.
Time: start at 10 a.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Participation: 6.00 euro p.p., children 4 to 12 years 3.00 euro p.p., donors 3.00 euro p.p., children 4 to 12 years of donors 1.50 euro p.p. on presentation of a valid GLK donor card.
