OOSTERBEEK - The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a walk across the estates Hemelseberg and Pietersberg on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Discover the beauty of these two beautiful areas located on the lateral moraine in Oosterbeek. The landscape has a park-like character with many differences in altitude and consists of forest plots with a trouser alder forest, stately avenues, winding paths, expansive lawns, spring and springs streams and ponds with waterfalls. It is a beautiful location for hiking enthusiasts. During the walk across these estates, the forester will take you on a journey through time. Discover the origins of this area and learn more about its rich past that is still reflected in today's landscape. Experience the unique blend of nature and history while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
