On Sept. 20, we commemorate the Airborne Airborne landings in 1944. This is done annually with the dropping of military paratroopers and a commemorative moment at the Airborne monument.
Remember and relive
During the Airborne Airlandings and Remembrance, we remember the brave warriors who fought for our freedom 81 years ago. We do this together with the 11 Air Mobile Brigade. On this day we reflect on how valuable our peace and security is. Traditionally, this year there will also be the dropping of soldiers and a beautiful program for young and old.
The Airborne Airlanding and Commemoration is part of the Airborne Ede Month.
