Unholy forests: definitely not an unholy idea!
A ramble through the Unforgettable Forests is a very good idea. You walk through a magnificent forest area, with old trees, lots of wildlife (tracks), a wide variety of birds and a rich history. During this ramble, the guide tells you not only about nature and wildlife, but also about country houses, a mysterious pit, traces of iron mining and highwaymen from a distant past. You come to the place where the devil was brought. You wander through beautiful nature and may spot boar, deer and other wildlife.
The tour starts at the Lappendeken and while wandering through the beautiful beech forests, the Weversbergen and the surroundings of the Carolinahoeve you will discover one of the most beautiful areas of the Veluwezoom.
