BARNEVELD - The rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing an exciting walk for children and their parents on the Schaffelaar estate on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. During the day many people come to the Schaffelaar, but when it is dark, it becomes quiet. A dark forest is not only exciting but also mysterious. You can see less, but you can hear more. The forest rangers take you across the estate from the castle to the darkest part of the forest. A unique experience, because you are not normally allowed there after sunset. Booking in advance online is required.
Time: start at 8 p.m. Duration: approx. 1.5 hours.
Participation: 6.00 euro p.p., children 4 to 12 years 3.00 euro p.p., donors 3.00 euro p.p., children 4 to 12 years of donors 1.50 euro p.p. on presentation of a valid GLK donor's pass.
Tip from the forester: This excursion is suitable for children aged 8 to 12 in the company of a maximum of two parents/guardians.
