OOSTERBEEK - The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a cultural-historical walk on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025 on the Hemelse Berg and the Pietersberg. Discover the beauty of these two beautiful estates located on the lateral moraine in Oosterbeek. The area has a park-like character with many height differences, consisting of forest plots, stately avenues, winding paths, extensive lawns, spring and springs streams, ponds with waterfalls. It is a beautiful location for hiking enthusiasts. During the walk on these estates, the forester will take you on a journey through time. Discover the origins of this area and learn more about its rich past that is still reflected in today's landscape. Experience the unique blend of nature and history while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Advance online reservations are required.
