STAVERDEN - The rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a walk for children at twilight on the Staverden estate on Friday, December 27, 2024. Take your (grand)children on a beautiful twilight walk on Staverden estate. Follow the route and the clues you find in the forest and get to know the estate and its inhabitants. Along the way you will listen to a special story and enjoy refreshments. Who knows, you might spot a deer, badger or bat. And keep your eyes peeled for Leonora, whose spirit is said to have roamed the estate since 1353. The walk ends at a cozy campfire at the Staverden Visitor Center. Advance online reservations are required.
Time: start at 4:30 p.m. Duration: about 2 hours.
Participation: 8.00 euro p.p., children 4 to 12 years 5.00 euro p.p., donors 3.00 euro p.p. on presentation of a valid GLK donor pass.
