BENNEKOM - The rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing an owl excursion on Saturday, November 16, 2024 on the Hoekelum estate. The tawny owl will be the focus of this walk. Several breeding pairs are present on the Hoekelum estate. While walking we hope to hear the difference in calls between males and females. Nature always remains unpredictable and therefore there are no guarantees that we will hear or see owls. It will be a beautiful evening walk in a forest that is not normally accessible during evening hours. Advance online reservations are required.
Time: start at 8 p.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Participation: 8.00 euro p.p., children 4-12 years 5.00 euro p.p., donors 3.00 euro p.p. on presentation of a valid GLK donor card.
