EPE - The rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing a silence walk across the Tongerense Heide on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. Many people are busy. During this walk we take time for ourselves. We turn off our phones and seek silence within ourselves and in the evening peace of nature. By opening up your senses, you will connect (again) with the nature around you. So listen, look, smell and feel! Focusing on "feeling" gets you out of your head. Tension recedes, your heart rate lowers. So it's a wonderfully relaxing walk. Another advantage is that the chance of spotting wildlife along the way is considerably greater if we are quiet. Booking in advance online is necessary.
Time: start at 8:30 p.m. Duration: about 1.5 hours.
Participation: 5.00 euro p.p., donors free on presentation of a valid GLK donor pass.
