On Sunday, July 7, 2024, the third edition of the festival will take place at Middachten Castle in De Steeg. It will again be a great experience for young and old!
The Magical Tales Festival is a festival all about magic and what stories can do with the imagination of children and adults. Meeting and participating are central!
In recent years children have also had to deal with a lot, such as the pandemic and war in a country not far from here. This kept and still keeps children busy. From the vision to let children be children again, this festival was born.
Myths, legends, fairies, knights, dragons, everything is covered. Just participate and experience however old you are. Wander through the garden or around the castle, enjoy delicious food at the ministry of tasty snacks, catch up with your friends, be amazed and have beautiful experiences. In the kingdoms of Camelot, and Albion there is plenty to see and experience. In addition, in the meadow of Nurryn and the fields of Ehilon, there is also a lot of wonderful things happening. How about magical walks, workshops and activities, theater and dance performances, encounters with striking characters, storytellers, enjoy music and a particularly beautiful market? You can also sword fight, get knighted, watch spectacular fire shows and participate in the fox hunt.
