Exploring the castle park armed with goodies for the road.
Whistling with a knapsack over your shoulder in the spring sunlight, you can play & investigate in the park. Get to work on the assignments and learn all about nature, former castle residents and the many special places in the castle park. Along the way you can take a break on a bench and eat or drink something tasty that you get along with the treasure hunt. Good scavengers will of course be rewarded with a nice present to take home.
The spring scavenger hunt is available on opening days between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Estate Shop in the Bouwhuis (next to the park entrance) and is suitable for children in primary education. Scavenger hunt costs â'¬4.00 p.p. Reservations are not required.
The scavenger hunt takes about an hour. The paths in the park are suitable for strollers and wheelchair users.
Please note: Due to castle closure and special events, the treasure hunt is not available on April 27 (King's Day), May 4 & 5, May 9 (Ascension Day) and May 18-20.
