Large animals of the Veluwe
Many large wild animals live in the nature reserve Planken Wambuis. Ever seen Spanish cattle, ponies, wild boars, red deer and roe deer in the wild? The ranger knows the best places to spot them. Who knows, you might get lucky and actually see one of these animals. We also search for animal tracks, which are bound to be found.
Practical info
- Buy a ticket online in advance
- For families with children aged 7-11
- This is a family activity, parents/guardians and children buy a ticket
- Bring binoculars
- Wear sturdy shoes
- Dogs are not allowed
- Wear covering clothes against ticks
