HEERDE - The forest rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen will search for traces of game on the Petrea estate on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. It's almost winter and you can see that in nature. Mammals are facing a difficult time now that greenery is no longer growing. Most mammals do not hibernate. Therefore, they roam around during the day, but mostly at night looking for something edible. In doing so, they leave tracks, which can be easily seen on sandy paths. During this walk, the forester will take you to places where there is a good chance of seeing tracks of wild boar, deer and red deer. Advance online reservation is required.
Time: start at 10 a.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
Participation: 5.00 euro p.p., children 4-12 years 2.50 euro p.p., donors free on presentation of a valid GLK donor's pass.
