OERRR water animal search near Apeldoorn

During the vacations, come look for water creatures in the Weteringse Broek nature reserve, located between Apeldoorn and Teuge.

Explore the underwater world together with the forest ranger. With a landing net, magnifying glasses and search cards, you can spend two hours looking for tadpoles and other water creatures. And for those who dare, if the weather is nice, you can put your feet in the water. The activity is suitable for children from 4 to 11 years old. Children can only participate when accompanied by a parent or adult.

Together with the forest ranger you look at the beautiful places and discover where most animals hide and what lives in the water. With all kinds of research materials you will take a closer look at aquatic life. The ranger can tell you how the animals live and what that says about the quality of the water.

You can park on the Beemterweg, near house number 50, in Beemte Broekland (near the bridge over the Nieuwe Wetering). There the forester will leave at 1:30 p.m. to the pool.
