For the 7th time, Cranenburgh Events pulls out all the stops for a true feast on the square in front of the castle and in the castle park. Under the watchful eye of squire Marten van Rossem, 250 participants set up camp. Battling knights, medieval music, demonstrations and a fairy tale speaker are part of the encampment. Residents will show in a historically accurate way what daily life was like and are happy to explain his or her role in the Middle Ages. Also don't forget to try how good you are with bow and arrow or take a walk around the atmospheric medieval market in front of the castle with old craft products
Important: It is only possible to visit Cannenburch Castle this weekend in combination with a ticket for the Medieval Festival. Booking in advance is necessary for the combi entrance tickets.
