Surprising Apeldoorn
Do you want a little bit of everything? Then this route is a must! The route takes you through the forests, over the moors and along the sand drifts of Kootwijk. The imposing Radio Kootwijk is not to be missed. You can take a look at Brasserie het Jachthuis in Hoog Soeren and then continue cycling to Apeldoorn, where you can visit Paleis Het Loo.
It's best to depart from Hoenderloo!

Fun fact! Halte Assel was originally a train station. The stop was opened on May 15, 1876 and was located between Amsterdam and Zutphen station.
