This route takes you to the impressive former transmitter park, Radio Kootwijk. Are you also fond of animals? You can make a stop at the sheepfold of Hoog Buurlo. Can you spot any sheep? After cycling, you will be hungry for an ice cream. At junction 2 you will find IJs van Co, which has been voted the best ice cream in Gelderland. A feast for the eyes!

Head to the Leesten for a nice lunch and to stretch your legs! The property also houses a store selling local produce and souvenirs, as well as the Forestry Commission's information center.
