Airborne Museum 'Hartenstein' is a museum in Oosterbeek near Arnhem about the Battle of Arnhem in September 1944. Housed in the former headquarters of British troops during the battle, the museum has an extensive collection of weapons, clothing, equipment, interviews, photographs and videos. In addition to the collection on display, the museum also contains the award-winning Airborne Experience, where visitors walk in the footsteps of a soldier themselves. On Arnhem's Rijnkade, across from the John Frost Bridge, the museum also features the information center, Airborne at the Bridge, about the Battle of Arnhem.
