Can I play the CSI games at any time of the day?
Yes, you can decide what time and when you want to play the game, just do so during the day. You play the game on your own smartphone and there is no attendant present. By following all the instructions you will receive by mail you can start the game whenever you want.

Are the CSI games playable in English or German?
No, the game is only available in Dutch.

Are the CSI games at the different locations the same?
No, all CSI games are unique! Each CSI game has its own storyline, its own missions and takes place in a different environment. So you can play multiple CSI games.

Is it suitable for children?
De CSI spellen zijn gemaakt voor volwassenen en kinderen vanaf 12 jaar. Dit houdt in dat de raadsels en vragen al snel te moeilijk zijn voor kleine kinderen. Daarbij is de verhaallijn gebaseerd op een moord op de locatie waar je bent. Toch vinden sommige kinderen het al heel leuk om af en toe een oplossing te zoeken of te navigeren met de smartphone (de game generatie), voor hen is het misschien leuk om mee te gaan.
