About the Veluwe Specialist
De Veluwe Specialist part of SOS Events and organizes active outings in the Veluwe region for both individuals and companies from multiple locations. From our locations in Otterlo and Garderen, we rent out vehicles with interactive routes, often combined with other leisure activities.
Hospitality is central to us. We help our guests with personal advice about routes, sights, and activities, so that they can experience the Veluwe at its best.
What will you do?
During your internship, you will be fully involved on location. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and ensure they receive a warm welcome. You will explain our activities and means of transport and advise guests on routes and places of interest in the area.
You will also help with the day-to-day organization on site. You will learn to plan, adapt, and respond to different guests and situations. With the help of a buddy and a digital training program, you will quickly master the work. Show us what you can do, and you will be given more responsibility during your internship, for example as an (assistant) supervisor.
What am I going to learn?
You will learn how to welcome and assist guests professionally.
You will learn to give clear instructions and work with (large) groups.
You will learn to maintain an overview and structure your work.
You will learn to speak to guests confidently and give appropriate advice.
You will learn how a leisure location is organized and managed.
We offer
Internship allowance: 16 & 17 years old: €300 gross per month 18 years and older: €450 gross per month + travel expenses.
Learn in practice and theory through our online modules.
A fun two-day introduction with other interns, including activities such as climbing, an E-chopper , and an Escape Tour.
Good guidance and room to develop yourself within leisure & hospitality.
