BENNEKOM - The rangers of Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen are organizing an owl excursion on Saturday, November 22, 2025 on the Hoekelum estate. Several tawny owl breeding pairs live in this vast estate, so there's a good chance you'll hear their calls after dark. Walk through a forest that is normally closed at night and experience the magic of the night: the rustling of leaves, the silence between the trees and perhaps the answering calls of male and female. Experience an enchanting evening full of nature, excitement and wonder. Even if you don't see or hear them, feel the magic of the dark forest during this enchanting evening walk! Advance online reservations are required.
Time: start at 7:30 p.m. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
